1. Vision & Problem

Web2 dating apps monetize user data, compromise privacy, and optimize for engagement over genuine human connection. They are fundamentally broken by design — their revenue model requires keeping users single and scrolling.

Lovelace is the flagship app of the Posada.io ecosystem: a privacy-enhanced, human-only dating platform built on Cardano, where data collection is minimized, identities are cryptographically verified on-device, and incentives reward meaningful behavior — not screen time. The architecture is designed for progressive decentralization, with user-owned data via Iagon integration planned post-mainnet launch.

The Posada.io ecosystem comprises five interconnected products:

1. Lovelace — Privacy-enhanced dating app (primary product, São Paulo beta live)
2. Byron — Decentralized social network (post-MVP)
3. Shelley — Encrypted messaging layer (post-MVP)
4. Posada Bot — Trading bot and analytics suite (discontinued 31 July 2026)
5. $LILY Token — Utility token tying the ecosystem together on Cardano

Core technology stack:

• Identus DID — Verified human identity with documents processed on-device and not transmitted to our servers (live on Android and iOS, end-to-end chain connected)
• Halo2 ZK proofs — Privacy-preserving age verification, running server-side at beta. On-chain verification via Plutus V3 BLS12-381 planned for mainnet. Midnight integration post-Mohalu (Q2 2026+)
• Iagon — User-owned, encrypted profile data storage (planned, not yet integrated)
• Hydra — Instant micro-payments for gifts, tips, and rewards (post-MVP)
• $LILY Token — Utility rewards token on Cardano. DEX listing at mainnet launch.
• Aiken — CIP-0113 Programmable Token: 6 validators (issuance, transfer, admin, blacklist ×2, proof token). 24/24 tests passing. Audit pending.

Goal: Build Cardano's first mainstream-ready dating dApp — seamlessly onboarding non-crypto users through fiat-first PIX on-ramps (Transak, MoonPay) while delivering genuine privacy that Web2 competitors cannot match.

1. Current State — What's Live

Lovelace is beyond concept stage. As of Q1 2026, the following are live or in active beta:

• Flutter mobile app — 17+ screens, light premium UI, live on Android (Google Play / direct APK) and iOS (TestFlight). Download at posada.io/lovelace/download
• Node.js / PostgreSQL backend — deployed on Hetzner VPS, API live at api.posada.io
• 26-reward engine — implemented with backend validation, daily/monthly/one-time caps, DB-level double-claim prevention. 6 active in beta, remainder gated on feature completion

• Smart contracts — Aiken CIP-0113 Programmable Token: 6 validators (issuance, transfer, admin, blacklist ×2, proof token). 24/24 tests passing. Audit pending.
• Identus DID — Full chain connected end-to-end on Android: DID creation → registration → DIDComm connection → credential issuance
• Halo2 ZK age proof — Live on backend. Proves age ≥ 18 without transmitting date of birth
• KYC flow — On-device ML Kit document scan + selfie match + ZK age verification
• Sentry crash reporting — Live (sentry_dart), Dart-level exception capture with user context

The token price floats freely on the DEX — the app dynamically calculates the $LILY amount per reward. Amounts always display as "$X in Lily" to abstract token mechanics from non-crypto users.
